Welp, it has been leaked!  If you can’t wait until July 5, here’s a link to the opening to Sailor Moon Crystal, along with Usagi’s transformation sequence.

And now, here’s my two cents…

1. They could have gone with a better theme.
2. Animation is pretty smooth.
3. Loved the transformation sequence, it’s pretty boss.
4. Keep in mind that even though this is a new take on the manga, this series is to bring in the NEW generation as well as keep us old folks around.
5. And Beryl-sama still looks like boss bitch #1, I’m okay with that!

Overall from what I have seen? 8.5/10
